Jorge’s Cantina, yes that’s “George’s” in Spanish, specializes in authentic inland and coastal Mexican classics with a Texas twist.
Some of the dishes might be new to you, but the homemade quality, excellent service, and friendly atmosphere at Jorge’s are exactly what you have come to love and expect from the George’s family.

We hosted La Pulga Sprits for our latest tequila dinner. Guests sampled the full lineup, Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, Mezcal and Sotol, side by side across three courses and a handcrafted cocktail pairing for each.
