La Azteca Margarita: A Cool Waco Collaboration

We love a good local collaboration, especially when it involves frozen margaritas and paletas.

Jorge’s Cantina has teamed up with our friends at Helados La Azteca to bring you the La Azteca Margarita, a colorful new drink that puts two Waco favorites in one glass.

Here’s how it works. Start by choosing your frozen margarita: El George Frio, La Fresas Frio, or El Mango Frio. Then comes the fun part. Pick a Helados La Azteca paleta to top it off. Paleta flavors include Mango Chili, Mango, Strawberry, Coconut, and Lime.

That means there are plenty of combinations to try. Go tropical with mango and coconut. Add a little kick with Mango Chili. Keep things bright and tart with lime. Or grab a strawberry paleta for an extra fruity finish.

The paleta chills right in the margarita, so you can sip, snack, and enjoy both along the way. It’s cold, colorful, a little over the top, and exactly the kind of thing that hits the spot on a hot Texas day.
