From day one, Jorge’s has been more than just bold flavors and crave-worthy Tex-Mex. It’s delivering the kind of exceptional service and amazing food the Citrano family is known for. The Champs of the Menu
- Queso & Chips stole the show, with over 2,400 orders. If Jorge’s had a mascot, it might just be a warm bowl of queso.
- Chicken & Beef Fajita Combo was our most shared dish, with 1,800+ orders. In 2025, “split the fajitas” might as well be our slogan.
- Classic Margaritas were a year-round hit. They didn’t just sell—they never dipped.
- Taco Plates dominated weekday lunch, especially on Wednesdays. Who needs Friday when you have Fajita Wednesday?
