At Jorge’s Cantina, we’re always cooking up ways to keep things fresh—and this season’s menu additions are bringing serious flavor. From craveable lunch plates to hearty dinners and bold new Tex-Mex twists, our latest lineup has something for every appetite.
Start Things Off Right
Let’s talk about snacks and shareables. The newest crowd-pleaser on the block:
Cantina Nachos – Tostada chips layered with refried beans, smoked cheddar, queso blanco, pico de gallo, guacamole, and lime crema. Choose rotisserie chicken or picadillo beef to make it a meal—or split it with friends over drinks.
Fresh Additions to Lunch
Our Lunch Tostada is a mid-day go-to—built on a crisp tostada shell with refried beans and your choice of picadillo beef or rotisserie chicken, topped with all the good stuff: pico, guac, queso fresco, lime crema, and cilantro. Served with rice and beans, it’s fast, filling, and full of flavor.
And don’t forget to ask your server about our Taco of the Month—a rotating duo of tacos served with rice and beans that keeps things exciting.

Evenings are heating up with bold new plates, including:
12oz Grilled CAB Boneless Ribeye – Grilled to order and finished with charred chile butter. Comes with two sides.
Pacific Ahi Tuna – Seared and sliced, then dressed with chimichurri, citrus-adobo butter, Fresno chiles, and pickled onions.
El Gordito – A barbacoa + smash patty mash-up with queso blanco, Jalisco sauce, chimichurri mayo, and more, served with crispy papas fritas and chipotle ketchup.
La Verde Barbacoa Torta – Barbacoa, chihuahua cheese, salsa verde, guac, and all the fixings on a toasted roll, served with papas fritas.

Flautas – Rolled and fried crisp with rotisserie chicken or barbacoa (+$2), topped with cilantro-lime crema and served with your choice of queso or guacamole for dipping, plus rice and beans.
El Jefe Chimichanga – Stuffed with refried beans, smoked cheddar, pepper jack cheese, and your pick of protein, then smothered in your favorite Jorge’s sauce.
