Owners of George’s in Waco officially open new Mexican restaurant Jorge’s Cantina
Jorge’s Cantina in Waco officially opened its doors to the public Thursday. The Mexican restaurant is the newest adventure of the owners behind the iconic Waco staple, George’s.

Jorge’s Cantina, a new Tex-Mex collaboration at 4225 Franklin Ave., will open in July, according to a Facebook post. Mighty big target, but indications are Kyle and Sammy Citrano will unveil their creation by July 4.
