From Brackets to Bites: Jorge’s March Matchup Recap
March means one thing. Basketball is everywhere. Brackets, upsets, last-second wins. So we figured… why should the court have all the fun?
This year, we ran our own version of March Madness. Jorge’s style.
We took some of our most-loved dishes and drinks and threw them into a bracket. Round One came out swinging.
• Queso Blanco vs Tres Amigos Dip Board.
• Al Carbon Steak Fajitas vs Combo Fajitas.
El Jorge Margarita vs… La Paloma, two fan favorites. It didn’t take long for people to start picking sides.
Some matchups were tight. Others were clear knockouts. The Tres Amigos Dip Board moved on with confidence. Jorge’s Nachos held their ground. El Jorge Margarita reminded everyone why it’s a staple. And the fajitas showed up loud, just like they do when they hit the table.
By the Elite Eight, it got serious. Steak Quesadillas made a strong push. Hatch Chile Chicken Enchiladas kept things interesting. Jalapeño Beef Tenderloin Tacos didn’t go down easy. Every round felt like a new debate waiting to happen between friends.
Then came the Final Four. No easy calls here.
• Tres Amigos Dip Board vs Al Carbon Steak Fajitas.
• El Jorge Margarita vs Hatch Chile Chicken Enchiladas.
At that point, it really came down to what you crave when you walk through our doors.
The championship round felt right. El Jorge Margarita vs Al Carbon Steak Fajitas.
And in the end, the winner was clear.
