The El Jefe Shrimp taco is loaded with Grilled Shrimp, Napa Slaw, Chimichurri Mayo, Pineapple Pico, topped with Queso Fresco, and Cilantro Lime Crema.

What to expect:
Each night includes a full dinner at Jorge’s, organized league-style play that’s fun and friendly, and the chance to connect with other local players. It’s a cozy winter night out—no planning required. Plus, there’ll be weekly prizes and a grand prize from Bird Bam Boutique for the overall winner.
Tequila Corrido Dinner Recap
February 3 kicked off something new at Jorge’s, and it started strong.
Our first-ever Tequila Dinner featured Corrido Tequila and a packed house ready for good pours and a slow dinner. Each course was paired with a curated Corrido pour, plus a little story behind the tequila along the way.
The menu set the tone:
Fresh ceviche to start.
Ancho Caesar salad.
Carne asada and shrimp brochette with chimichurri rice and borracha black beans.
Flan to finish it off right.
The room stayed lively all night. Plenty of questions, plenty of refills, and zero rushed plates. Exactly how a tequila dinner should feel.
This was the first in our new tequila dinner series. Different tequila. New menu. Same energy.
