Tequila Tasting Dinner featuring Corrido Tequila
Tuesday, February 3 | Limited Seating | $85
We’re kicking off a new tequila dinner series at Jorge’s — every other month, a different tequila, a fresh menu, and a night worth clearing your calendar for.
First up: Corrido Tequila.
On the table:
• Fresh ceviche
• Ancho Caesar salad
• Carne asada, shrimp brochette, chimichurri rice, borracha black beans
• Flan to finish
Each course comes with a curated pour of Corrido tequila and a little background on what makes it special. Good food, great tequila, and a lively crowd.
$85 per ticket. Very limited seats.

January Taco of the Month: Bacon Bandito
This one’s got main character energy.
🌶️ The Bacon Bandito is loaded with Prime Jalapeño Beef Tenderloin, grilled veggies, pico de gallo, crispy bacon bits, a chimichurri drizzle, and queso fresco—plus your choice of any two sides.

Each night includes a full dinner at Jorge’s, organized league-style play that’s fun and friendly, and the chance to connect with other local players. It’s a cozy winter night out—no planning required. Plus, there’ll be weekly prizes and a grand prize from Bird Bam Boutique for the overall winner.
