- Delivery available (20 person minimum order) within surrounding Waco area – $30 minimum fee (fee subject to change depending on location and size of party).
- All orders are subject to a 5% packaging fee. All orders are supplied with plates, meal kits, and serving utensils.
- Chafing dishes, sterno, and disposable warming containers are avaliable for an additional fee

Do you offer George’s favorites too?
We sure do. Jorge’s is part of the same family as George’s, so if you’re looking for those classic dishes Waco has loved for years, we can make that happen. Just let us know what you want, and we’ll build your catering menu around it.
How much notice do you need?
A day or two is ideal. Bigger orders might need a little more time, especially if you need delivery or special setup. But if you’re in a bind, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver around Waco for orders of 20 people or more. There’s a $30 minimum delivery fee, which may vary depending on how far we’re going and how big the order is. Pickup is always an option if that’s easier.
What comes with a catering order?
We include plates, meal kits, and serving utensils. Everything’s packed to travel well and stay warm. If you need chafing dishes, sternos, or disposable warming trays, we’ve got those too, just ask when ordering. There’s a 5% packaging fee on all catering orders.
Is there a minimum order?
Not for pickup. For delivery, the minimum is 20 people. If you’re doing something smaller, pickup is probably your best bet.
Can you cater outside of Waco?
Sometimes, yes. We mostly stay local, but for larger events, we’ve gone a little farther. Let us know what you’re planning, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
We cover the greatest hits: sizzling fajita bars, taco trays, cheesy enchiladas, rice, beans, chips, salsas, and more. Everything travels well and shows up hot. You can build a full buffet or stick with the crowd-pleasers. Got special requests? We’re flexible.
